Wayne Jordan, CFP®
Wayne joined Alpha in 2016 after moving from northeast Indiana. He graduated from Indiana University with a degree in finance and went to work at a large, national brokerage firm before joining Alpha. While the large brokerage firms do a lot well, he realized he could serve clients with more flexibility and in much more depth working as an independent, fee-only financial advisor. In 2018 Wayne earned his Certified Financial Planner credential.

Wayne lives on Tybee Island with his wife, Molly, and their son, Thomas. Outside of work you can find him doing one of his too many hobbies; golf, pickleball, cheering on his Indiana Hoosiers or Indianapolis Colts, hiking, chess, board games, house projects, shooting hoops, and the list goes on!​

Molly Jordan, CFP®,CRPC®
Molly joined Alpha Financial Management in Spring of 2023. Previously Molly worked at Edward Jones as a Financial Advisor serving clients since 2016. She decided to become an independent, fiduciary advisor to better serve her clients with more flexibility and less conflicts of interest, allowing her to put the clients’ needs first.
Molly earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Roger Williams University. She received the Certified Financial Planner® designation (CFP®) from Emory University, and the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® designation (CRPC®) from the College of Financial Planning. She also holds her Health and Life insurance license.
Originally from Massachusetts, Molly moved down to Savannah looking to get away from the snow and fell in love with the area. She enjoys spending time on the beach finding sharks teeth or reading a book, as well as playing pickleball. She is an active member of the Savannah Jaycees and St. Michael’s Church.
Molly lives on Tybee Island with her husband Wayne and their son Thomas. She serves on the board for the Savannah Jaycees.

Michael Dayoub, CFP® MBA
Michael enjoys mapping a secure retirement plan for Alpha clients.
Michael is also an expert at evaluating and addressing the many risks of being heavily weighted in employer stock and other equity arrangements, and has authored a book on those subjects.
Michael has an MBA focused in Finance from Georgia State University and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Practitioner. He also has a solid understanding of taxes from 100+ hours of training courses and multiple years preparing taxes at H&R Block.
Michael has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Florida, but refuses to fix anyone's PC. He will, however, discuss at length topics of cyber-security and personal data security. Before becoming an advisor in 2003 Michael was a software developer, consultant, and manager of technical projects in Atlanta.

Michael enjoys swimming long distances in open water for mental health, scenery, and occasionally exhilarating interactions with enormous dolphins. Michael believes he is an excellent cook but does not pretend to be a good musician despite his dedication and enjoyment.

Michael serves on the board of Ogeechee Riverkeepers and the Savannah CFO Council. He's also served or serves on the Finance and Stewardship committee at his church. Michael enjoys volunteering for events around Savannah and his favorite is the Savannah Jazz Festival, where you'll find him selling memberships or serving beverages.

Gordon Russ
Gordon joined Alpha in the summer of 2025. Before starting his finance career, he spent over five years in the U.S. Army working on CH-47 Chinook helicopters and jumping out of planes. After his military service, Gordon moved to Savannah and worked at Gulfstream, continuing his career in aviation. He discovered his true passion was helping others build financial freedom and chose to pursue a Finance degree from Georgia Southern University.

At Alpha Gordon is part of the Advisor Support team assisting with client service, researching and preparing financial plans, and helping with daily office activities. His positive attitude and incredible work ethic make him an invaluable member of the team.

Gordon lives just outside Savannah with his girlfriend Elisa and their dogs Benji and Koda. He enjoys live music, UFC, Formula 1, and loves to travel. Gordon has visited more than 13 countries and nearly 40 states. He is always eager to discover great food spots wherever he goes. Send your recommendations over!
