Hindsight Bias

This is the first time I’ve come across the ‘hindsight bias buster’, but I think this is a great reminder for all of us.

In hindsight we all think our predictions would be closer to reality than what they actually were.

So remember this the next time you hear someone claim they knew the market was going to fall, that company was going to change the industry, or product A was going to fail.
