Good advice about phone scams

I don't answer unknown callers. In fact, they can't even ring my phone. Calls from unknown callers go straight to voicemail. I've noticed even workmen expect this now. My air conditioner repairman called from an unknown number and left a message he was en route. I'll turn off Call Screening and let it ring if I'm waiting for an important call.
