Get flood insurance

Savannah is much more likely than average to have a Hurricane Harvey rain event and is too flat with inadequate drainage to quickly drain the water. It doesn't matter where you live, your house has a chance of being flooded.



Here’s a quote from FEMA: "Flood insurance is available to anyone living in one of the 23,000 participating NFIP communities." If an agent says you can't get flood insurance, give me their name and number I have a few questions.
