FINANCIAL PLANNING PROCESS

We ask those who are interested in learning more about our services to answer some questions about their current situation and to share some personal information about their goals.  Click here to get a copy of the Questionnaire.

Once we receive the questionnaire, we will call to schedule a meeting at a time that is convenient for you.

A meeting to get acquainted, to review your questionnaire, and to tell you more about us and our services.  You will receive a copy of our ADV Part II and an Agreement that outlines in detail our services and your responsibilities and a quote for our fee.

Once you sign the Agreement and return it to us with your first payment, this is what you can expect to experience during the financial planning process:

You will get your first homework assignment:

You will determine your Investment Policy Statement at Meeting 5.  This document gives us the direction we need to implement the investments for your plan.

A written plan which is tailored to each client's individual needs includes the following:

  • Goals and Assumptions
  • Cash Flow Analysis
  • Income Tax Analysis
  • Net Worth Statement
  • Investment Analysis

  • Retirement Planning
  • Estate Planning

After the comprehensive plan is completed, the implementation and asset management process begins.

Investments are reviewed on a regular basis. This review consists of evaluation of the performance of the client's investments, recommendations for any changes needed, and consideration of new opportunities available to the client at the time.

Annual tax planning sessions and plan reviews are scheduled at your convenience
